need to confirm this, as netgear is not very clear
The DG834 (and G, Rangemax PN, N) specifically state ADSL2+ support
The DG834GT does not specifically state ADSL2 support... does it support ADSL2?
Need to know, so when we move to Be we dont have to change the router, again.
Thanks!

It may support it, dosen't mean it will work. My DG834G v.3 is having disconnects daily on 2+.

And you mean 2+.
I presume you are aware the Be-supplied router is usually a SpeedTouch 585v7?
Edit to the v no of the 585 as pointed out by fredfox.

Yes indeed, I was confusing my head with the 585N of O2 Pro. Edit follows.

The DG834GT does not specifically state ADSL2 support... does it support ADSL2? Yes. Note Sky supply the DG834GT for their broadband.

The v4 and the GT - with the Broadcom chipset - are better.

Interested in this too. Seems the DG834GT Is ADSL2+ compatible but I wasn't sure. The router I have is a couple of years old so I didn't think it would be. Nice if it is. Might need to upgrade my firmware though
