Max my speed - DGN2000

I;m on a 20mb package and hoping to increase speeds

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 9718 kbps 959 kbps
Line Attenuation 40.5 db 21.3 db
Noise Margin 5.4 db 12.6 db

Is there anyway to improve my connection speed?
