Billion BiPAC 7800N - WIll not connect to ISP

Does anyone know of any issues with the 7800N in regards to connecting to T-Online in Germany?

For some reason the router will not make a DSL connection.

I have followed the correct guidelines for converting T-Onlines login information into a single username. Correct password. Correctly plugged in (Router DSL to T-Online Splitter DSL to Wall, this configuration has worked on previous routers).

I am seriously stuck!

As I understand it, ADSL in Germany is ADSL over isdn, you have the correct version of router ??

That could be the problem, do you know how I could find out what version it is? I will have a look on the interface etc.

Does it mention 'Annex A' or 'Annex B' anywhere within the GUI? Possibly the firmware or hardware version?
Annex A is PSTN
Annex B is ISDN
