Has any one got the Homecall insulation disk for the speed touch modem (windows 7)
That i could borrow will return next day

You may need to be a lot more specific than that: speedtouch make a few modems currently and have made quite a few more that are discontinues but may still be available on the market.

If you find the model number of the device, you might find the software in downloadable form on their website, or if you list the model number here it might be more likely someone here can help.

Insulation? Guessing you mean installation?

You will probably need the generic Speedtouch 330 USB driver. This will work with any ISP, so it will just require you to enter your username and password.

I highly recommend just getting a basic 1 port ADSL ethernet modem, which are less than £25 nowadays and will be so much better.
