Thanks, that does help, as the Channel line (so to speak) in that first example shows FAST. So, by inference, one would think that INTR must mean "Interleaved Rate".
I've looked through that thread in detail but there's no specific answer given to the questioner's query about Fast/Interleaved.
When you telnet in the requisite stats command to the 7800 (and to many other routers), it seems that the first line of speed figures presented are the maximum achievable up and down speeds, and the second line displays the actual speeds in use, and includes the mode (Fast or Interleaved).
