Solwise Value 500 Homeplugs

worth looking into as these run on 1 gbps and only half the price of the develo 200's

been waiting 3 months for these to come back into stock

ideal for a home server connectivity solution imo

installed today and getting 21MB/s some 3x times faster than my devolo 200 av's

very impressed tbh

also they are not compatible with existing 200 / 85 homeplugs

if they are homeplug AV compatible then should they not work with the AV200 model. I concede not the 85 version..

I am thinking of going from the devolo 200av to somthing else. Looks like I need a whole new set then.

Other thing to try is the firmware update for the devolo 200av kit. They had a tweak whn the av500 stoff came out.

these 500's are buggy m8

decent throughput 50% of the time

no reason for loss of throughput either as my ring main is homeplug proof as my devolo's ran fine

shame !
