ASUS RT-AC66U Antennas

Ive just purchased a RT-AC66U and want to know if anybody is aware of the function of the 3 antennas?

My Draytek 2850 had transmit / receive on the two outer antennas and the middle one was receive only.

If anybody knows how the ASUS works it would be appriciated. I have some 7db gain external antennas and im figuring out how to position them.

I would think MIMO - multiple input / multiple output - unless they do the 5 GHz on one and 2.4 GHz on the other two or something.

I Think they are mimo as it is a 3 stream router all are probably used for send/receive.

The Draytek is also MIMO on three antennas, but only 2.4GHz.
