BILLION 7800n VPN

Could someone tell me if the Billion 7800n is a VPN Router?

I wish to use ATV (Apple TV) via a VPN Provider without the need of connecting to my PC with an Ethernet Cable...

No need to waste your money on a full blown VPN service, just subscribe to a DNS changing service from overplay or unblock-us, both work very well. All you need to do is change the DNS servers on your router (or device if the ATV allows you to). I'm using Overplay's SmartDNS and pay around £35 each year for the service...allows me to watch Netflix from ALL regions in the world on my Sony Google TV box
