Netgear modem/router on plusnet tv

Does anyone have plusnet TV running using a newer Netgear modem/router or just a newer style router.
I'm trying to assist someone on another forum figure it out. They have tried setting it up using a d6400 and also a d7000 but no joy as of yet.
If someone has done it, can you please explain how it is possible?

You mean the multicast settings?

Well he said he has followed the manual to a T and it still isn't working. I'm guessing we need instruction from someone who has setup a Netgear with plusnet TV. Would it be the IGMP and Multicast settings?

Apparently you just "switch on IGMP"
