FritzBox 7530 - VPN throughput speed

I have experience of the FritzBox 7490 which suffers slow VPN throughput. Zen have now supplied one of our locations with a 7530. It's newer and I wonder if it has a better processor and therefore faster VPN connections.

If so I'll replace the 7490s.

Anyone have VPN experience using the 7530?

(We're doing LAN to LAN so testing with a 7490 at one end will give the same low speed)
