Router for FTTP

[link to this post]

Hi, Moving to Sky and have my VOIP via a third party.

I would like to buy a router that will allow me to use it with SKY and Gigaset handset.

I am not a gamer or run any servers etc from home, heavy use with 6+ devices connected, mostly hardwired, though 6 phones via WIFI.

I don't want to spend more than £100 ish, would like a router that is reasonably future proof.

I was looking at the TP link but there are so many bit confusing to know which to go for.

Any personal recommendations?

Would a FritzBox work? You'll need to ask a Sky user. If they do you could find one on eBay. They have both VoIP and a built in DECT base station. I'm pretty sure I've set up a couple to use VoIP on Gigaset handsets.
(You can't buy these new, officially. Most are either dodgy imports or former Zen Internet routers being sold by former or customers given a new FB by Zen. Old Zen routers will work on other ISPs without issue (but ask a Sky user!).
