Your ideal router would have at least 3 copper ports at 2.5G or above.

The new Mikrotik hAP be3 looks like it would fit the bill, and it is also one of the few Mikrotik boxes with integrated wifi. See the block diagram.

I've not used any Mikrotik devices with wifi, but I'm a big fan of Mikrotik routers in general. My main home router is an RB4011, with separate Unifi access points powered from an old hEX PoE which I'm using as a PoE switch.
