Are Freeola still an Enta reseller?

...just checking....can't find it on their website and their packages look a bit different to the normal ones....

Yes, but they use Enta's L2TP feed so are not restricted to the standard Entanet packages.

I use freeola and would like to know is the ALT black marks are relevent to them.

If FreeOLA use Enta's L2TP tunnel then the interconnect / status checker page would not work for you.

With our L2TP tunnel from Enta we have to host our own radius and router, therefore Enta don't have the authentication information to hand in order to distinguish users.

Which page did you visit to see the black mark on your account, and have you tried asking FreeOLA themselves to see what sort of Enta reseller they are?

I can guarantee that they are most definitely not L2TP, ALT is applied as per other Enta resellers and black marks too. wink
