Yes, I've found the same this morning.

Thanks to all who took the time to confirm the problem wasn't just mine.

It would be nice if UKFSN could tell us what the problem actually was though.

It was a UKFSN problem - not an Enta problem.

Our email filtering server uses both spamassassin and dspam to handle classification of spam emails (with a number of additional plugins) and dspam had managed to get into a blocking problem which I had not anticipated. As I was away from any form of electronic communication until quite late on Saturday I didn't discover this as quickly as I normally would.

I managed to resolve the problem just after midnight and confirm that all email had been delivered by 00:30.

On Sunday morning I reconfigured dspam so that this problem cannot happen again.

It's weekend though, and I think he has to go to Docklands to restart the server.

Whilst I understand it's the weekend, I pay for a service and expect it to be provided.

I have little or no doubt that if I failed to pay my monthly charge, UKFSN would immediately disconnect my account.

If the server needs to be restarted, regardless of location, it should be done.

I rely on my email, if UKFSN can't provide a reliable service, they need to address this issue.

I won't say that UKFSN mail is unreliable as I don't use their servers, but I would recommend that you invest in a backup route to receive your mail if you are that dependent on it working all the time.

Why don't you guys get gmail for gods sake, I never use ISP email now.. I used to use it with UKFSN, but I find web email so much more versatile.. just dump it. and move to gmail.

I stopped using webmail, especially the Google product because of privacy and security issues, I know a few sites that have blocked Google mail addresses due to the amount of spammers using it now - Google is now what Hotmail was around the millennium.

Went for a domain and some hosting instead and have never looked back, although I still use the isp mail service for companies that I feel may generate spam.

Easy, while I have gmail, I don't use it for everyday email because I do not want Google passing their acquisitive eyes over my private communications.
