Sorry for not updating you guys.
I was contacted promptly by Jason from UKFSN and he was very professional in clarifying the situation with the service they provide me with and which I had some queries about.
As it happens I had caused some confusion in the first instance by wrongly identifying the account Jason was referring to in a previous email. I apologised for this although it was an easy mistake to make as I have several accounts (with different resellers), each having a similar username.
So in a nutshell, I shall continue to use UKFSN as my main broadband provider.
I have always been happy with Entanet's core service and would not hesitate in recommending many of the resellers to my family, friends and colleagues.
