I have emailed jason via another mail account as i have not been able to access the webmail (port 143 error) with no response.
after the login page turned to lots of empty boxes i emailed again with no response.
after a bit more googling - on jasons twitter feed is this post:
ukfsn webmail is https://mail.ukfsn.org
tried it and it resolves to a roundcube powered version of ukfsn webmail.
so try that
when you see this jason, i feel a bit let down - slightly by the lack of email response but more importantly by the lack of info on the wider web - if this has been a more widespead issue it helps reduce the customer annoyance if they know it is a problem that is being worked on.
all that said, i have always felt the service you provide is a large step above the callcentre based horrors of my previous isps!
