Thanks. Have they started to be sold ? I can't see them on any providers, only LLU ones. I have the 21CN line, so I should be ok ?

It's obviously down to the reseller if they offer it, but Enta LLU (via O2) have been available for years, and BT 21CN has been available for a good month or so now, and some like us do actively sell the product.

Yes they are available. Offering them is a little complicated for those resellers who are already offering unlimited services on LLU networks as the LLU networks are cheaper and there may be concerns about how customers will view the introduction of services on the BT network that are more expensive.

Given O2 are now in the hands of Sky I suspect the net unlimited packages will get a lot more focus as time goes by.

I'm not the spammy advertising type, but it wouldn't help as we are business only suppliers smile

We are selling them too, but I wouldn't want to post an advert on here. We mainly only deal with customers that we do IT support for, so we don't have anything online to see anyhow.

I see your profile says ISP = Plusnet.

Is that out of date or don't you use an Entanet service? smile

We use a mixture of Enta and Plusnet for our customers, at the office we have both - an unlimited Enta account for the PCs and a low use Plusnet account for the VoIP.

Plusnet was cheaper for home, I've used them since before I worked where I am now, and have stayed with them.

Thanks. Do you have a price if you offer this ? Also is the quality of service the same or are there catches (throttling, invisible caps, etc) ?

Thanks. What is the advantage of the Business package if there is no earlier off peak and same upload speed ?

Apart from priority over home accounts I can't see one. For the usage limited business accounts they guarantee at least 3Mb at all times, but it says this doesn't apply to unlimited.

Jason, I sent you an email over 2 weeks ago regarding the unlimited service, I've had no response from you at all, so I am resorting to this thread, can we get some info from you or do we have to move to another enta provider who who will help us, you are losing supporters here if you can't help, enough is enough!

Possibly, but I can't find anything specific in the reseller product info. I would assume that was the case though, it has been before.
