The NOC dials were removed on Feb 20th at around 11am.
The NOC services have been moved outside the core network to ensure in the event of network outages that Entanet have the means to keep partners informed, along with customers who have direct relations with Entanet. In moving the services offsite, a knock-on is the dials are unable to be updated, as reported by Entanet within their internal forums.
The capacity levels are being reintroduced within the partner framework, known as Synergi, so your partner should be able to advise you shortly of levels if you contact them for performance related matters.
