Why don't you all just let this die. Just move to another reseller now, I did and I'm happy with Vivaciti, although not so enthralled with the fact that it's with Talk Talk as the wholesaler as they have a terrible reputation.. but we will see .wink

Well it is exactly what I did. I have moved away from him. It is because this move did not go well on UKFSN side that I think I am legitimate to comment. If you had received numerous court threats for months like me, with no other form of communication, including a recorded letter from me that Jason did not even bother to pick up, then maybe you would understand my bitterness.

Ignoring that apparently Vivaciti don't use TT Wholesale, Talk Talk Wholesale (eg what other ISPs use if using the TT network) is an entirely different kettle of fish to the "retail" offering - and actually Talk Talk's Wholesale network is really pretty good.

That is really quite sad and quite naturally going to be extremely troubling for him. It is a shame the world works these ways in my opinion. That said customers need support and it's not excusable to ignore issues especially in this day and age.

According to the update here, it seems that the investigation was closed as UKFSN got themselves signed up to an approved ADR with CISAS.

So basically, Jason is keen to protect his business, yet ignore his customers... :/

Trying to reach Jason is nigh on impossible.

I am at the point of asking Entanet to step in to get my MAC.
