I'm on the Freeola Family ADSL package at £19.99 at the moment which is capped at 30gig peak download per month.
Just noticed that they do a Freeola Unlimited Broadband Uncapped for £15.95. Why would a cheaper package that seems better be on offer. Is that just because it came out after I signed up and I haven't been keeping an eye for cheaper packages?
Says it has no minimum term contract too (which is important as I am keeping my fingers crossed for fibre coming to my area!). But then it says:
"If you terminate your Freeola Unlimited Broadband subscription within 12 months of migration a termination charge of £37.34 will apply. After 12 months a reduced termination charge of £6.00 will apply". Does that apply to change in tariff or just to new customers?
