Not that I'm aware of, but there do seem to be some sorts of under-pavement supply and others here have indicated this too, so I was just trying to avoid being shot down. (Fail tongue).
I've walked all around the area where my mate lives on the other side of town and I haven't seen any green cabs - plenty of access panels in the pavement though. That would be a couple of hundred houses most dating back to the 1980s. Hard to believe that they all have direct lines back to the exchange.

In the same size area on my side of town there's two or three cabs.
