FTTC and Phone Package required ....

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction .... All i want is a FTTC broadband and phone all inclusive package. Only requirements are a Static IP (need to run a VPN/Web/Mail server) and a reasonable download monthly.

The only package i found was a stupid price, no one else i found did the full combination of services.

Anyone know of a company who could help me ?

Which provider was the expensive one? Saves people suggesting them again

What is a reasonable monthly download, and can the bulk of it be scheduled to run overnight?

What is a stupid price, and what is the most you wish to pay for the bundle?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - IDNet Home Starter Fibre.
