OK good news ref PCP199 which is what I'm connected to. So question for anyone already connected, roughly what is the time from the cab going 'live' to be able to order a connection from it?

yup - Cab 199 is there! This is my cab. My new line is installed awaiting the RFS date. Bring it on!

Good news. So how did you go about getting a connection and who is it with? I've spoken to BT and they deny all knowledge that anything is happening in my 'area' within the next 6 months.

Unfortunately I am on PCP 74 and according to the BT guys that have worked on PCP 67, there are lots of issues with 74 regarding planning permissions etc and could get passed over!!

After being so close to fast broadband (or any broadband) at the moment its looking like a pipe dream.

If anyone has an update on 74 that differs would love to know!

According to the list I got from Openreach, 74 is not on the list to be done. I know this won't come as a happy update for you

I'm thinking we might be able to run a hiwifi.co.uk style service instead but I have not looked at Chinham very closely as there are too many trees Do you think there might be interest?
