Plusnet customers seem to encounter some initial speed problems - because it takes a little while for the PN internal systems to allow the full speed through. It is usually sorted during the installation day.

However, that problem only normally applies to the download speeds, and not the upload ones - so for a brief time, people can see faster upload speeds than download ones! 4Mb download and 8Mb upload is not an uncommon sight.
