HAD MY LINE WITH AQUISS INSTALLED 3 DAYS AGO AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RUN TEST TONIGHT IT HAS GONE TO TEST 3 AND IS ASKING FOR A DIFFERENT LOGIN ?? ANY ADVICE
Do you mean a new phone line, or just broadband on an existing one?
What connection speed and download speed do you get, and what IP Profile did it show?

yes im on fttc buisness 45 package ive have run test before and it displayed my results no problem tonight its now saying can not use my user [email protected] login but instead i have use the one stated have tryed than but still fails is it just playing up or have they blocked aquiss ?

If you mean have BT blocked Aquiss, the answer to that will be No.
Have you tried switching your router off for a few minutes?
Can you remember what IP Profile and speed the "Test 1" gave?

If you are being asked for test3, then this means there is a fault on the line as the line has dropped below the fault threshold. The BT tester will go red, rather than green.
I would therefore recommend you making contact with our support desk, along with screenshots of the results so we can get this investigated for you.

The Bt checker has only started to work again for me tonight.
In the meantime until it works you can check speeds via the thinkbroadband monitor and speedtest.net, and also the Aquiss speedtest here
