BQM
I thought initially that it may have been my iPad doing something during the night but i turned it off and it still does the same.
There is nothing else that is connected as my iMac and laptops are turned off overnight. It isn't causing any problems. I'm just curious as to why it is so regular.

That looks to be very similar to this thread, and also there is a link by BillFord in that thread to maniac getting similar, though if you follow maniac's BQM links in the linked-to thread it seems to have changed for some reason I haven't gone into right now.

I have raised a support call with Plusnet to get it looked at. May not be an issue now but may be in the future.

The common factor seems to be Aquiss.
How so? This person is with Plusnet.
The common factor surely is TBB's checker?

Here is the response i got from the Plusnet CS
It is normal to see some variation in latency on a connection. I must say it wouldn't normally be as regular as every two hours such as yours, however it is possible.
Regardless of the cause an increase to 30 ms briefly will not be noticeable and nothing to be concerned about.
Should i be concerned?

Sorry Martin, for some reason I got it into my head he had joined you. I've removed that paragraph.
@ConorMK - I wonder what f8lure graphs would look like?

I think we covered this before here
My issues was solved when TBB had a peering issue solved. Can't think of anything to suggest at the moment than what was asked in that thread.

Did that seem a bit impolite then? Sorry if it did. Sometimes it hard to get across things in text.
When I had my issue, it only showed up on tbb bqm and never on fruk.net.
I can see Conors problem being one of those really annoying ones that's going to be pain to find though.

I meant exactly what I said, not a veiled opposite .
Having seen what you linked to, I would quite possibly have been quite rude.
Asking the same question again having completely failed to respond to the answers in a recent thread ...?

The red line you see every now and again is packet loss. But that amount looks fine to me as you have 7ms ping you expect to see some of them. The one thing to note and keep an eye out for do these red lines on the fruk graph appear at the same time as your thinkbroadbands ones?
If not then it could be a peering issue or something between yours an thinkbroadband, which is probably nothing to worry about.
