Confused about FTTC dates.

Does the OR FTTC list enable dates FOR exchange names OR place's name? I saw a name "Birmingham Central", does it mean the central area of Birmingham are all enabled or just exchange name Birmingham Central are enabled?

Also I want to know what are my cabinet number, how can I find out my cabinet number?

Exchange area. (and not necessarily all cabinets connected to the exchange either)

Birmingham Central refers to the name of one exchange that covers part of central Birmingham.

I did, but I didn't get the answer. Also I abandoned it before Saffron answered so I didn't see saffron's answer and I lost a link to that thread. Anyway I got the answer, thanks.

Forgot one more thing, anyone knows how I can find cabinet's number?
