I've had a look at the CSV file from openreach detailing which postcodes / PCPs are getting FTTP / FTTC and which part of the rollout they're on.
The spreadsheet shows my postcode as being served by two PCPs - 98, and 115. It appears as though P98 is being done, and P115 isn't. Phase 5a so should be done soon.
Is anyone able to tell me which PCP my line goes via if I give them my CLID?
Thanks

Do you really mean it is getting FTTP, or is it getting FTTC?
There's a huge difference. I don't think there are many brownfield areas getting FTTP yet.
What does the BT Wholesale checker say about your line?

Yes I mean FTTP..
My exchange (WWEXTR) is being rolled out for FTTC and FTTP.
I saw openreach marking up my old road all down it and I asked the question - they confirmed across the street is all FTTp just yesterday. They've sprayed "new duct" and such all down the road, but not my new street, so just wondered if my new line is on the other cab.
Will be well peeved if it is!
EDIT: The availability checker says nout - but that's true - nothing is available as of yet.
Says the same thing for mother's line and I know she's on PCP160 and 100% lines on PCP160 are being FTTC by the end of the rollout on WWEXTR. Just gonna take a while for things to start going live and the checker to update I guess...

Am on Highams Park, one of the FTTP trial areas and still waiting - nearly 12 months late now
Checker still says no

Yeah I'm not holding my breath either,
Initially availability was planned for September '10.
At the moment RFS date is 01/06/11. There's more chance of the US signing a peace accord with Russia and China methinks
And besides, my line is plenty good enough for now. Just nice to know there's 100 meg coming at some point

RFS date was September 2010 here I think and the last I read on the PlusNet forums was they were ready to go live some time in Feb, starting with an area just up the road from me. Only a one or two on the same exchange expressed an interest on the PlusNet forums and I've seen nothing else posted from them in the last 3 months!
Ducting has been put in, fibre laid, cab replaced with manhole, but the DSL checker at the moment still says no. This was all done months ago. I fear being not too far from the Olympic site means all resources are busy with stuff for that and the Highams Park FTTP trial has been forgotten
Perhaps time to fire off an email to Vivaciti and see what they say. Whilst the info from PlusNet has been extremely helpful, their requirement to migrate to them is not an option for me as I want to keep BE. I really do just want to trial

I did see that on ElReg earlier today, but Highams Park is supposed to be over pole, so should be few issues with digging or property access. They can do me dead easy - pole and manifold are directly across the road with a slight diagonal slant to the left from me.
Everything has been done that needs to be as far as I'm aware up to the pole / manifold
No issue with me being there for installation either, as I've 15 days holiday to take before the end of September
