If it is LLU, which seems probable, then yes.
As LLU it will be either GEA or VULA. GEA means the Openreach connection to your home feeds into a TalkTalk MSAN, (possibly DSLAM as my knowledge stops at that point, but it isn't relevant), just like current LLU. VULA means it feeds into a BT Wholesale MSAN but routes into TalkTalk outside the WBC (21CN) system that non-LLU FTTC goes through. (VULA = Virtual Unbundled Local Access).
