Updated Cornwall FTTC/P rollout details

Early roll-out plan focuses on East Cornwall with communities such as Liskeard, Callington, Gunnislake and Launceston included with St Austell, Truro, Bodmin, Falmouth, Penryn, Camborne and Redruth.

St Austell will have some of the first areas in the UK to get the latest 'fibre to the premises' broadband technology.
