Did you manage to resolve this?

Lucky you that it reset itself. I had the same issue... well the IP Profile didn't lower, interleaving switched on and my ping went from 24ms upto 40ms.


I had to contact BT and they had to place a regrade order to 40/2 service then back to 40/10 to reset the DLM
