Those are not too bad. You are fairly close to the sync speed on downstream and normally for a 2000 upstream teh rate is around 1600-1660.

Do a few more tests through the day and see how the results compare

Is your line Aluminium or faults on your line or something? 3100 feet or 967 meters according to the graphs should be possible of much much higher speeds.

You have replied to the wrong person ...

and remember that the graphs are on "clean" low noise lines, with no cross talk and working to the full VDSL power levels whereas in reality there will be more noise on the lines and the power mask used by BT is more restrictive that those used in predictive testing and analysis.
