Which columns did you specify as the address? That is, after hitting "Validate & set options"?

You should only need to specify the region as UK, and then select the postcode column as "State / Province / Postal Code". The other 3 address fields should be set to "none" - and then you can play with the other fields (the "GroupBy" and the advanced ones) as you wish.

I suspect you set a second column - the one with values "Bedford Town" - as part of the address field.
