Sales people have probably not handled a FTTP order (there are very few live yet), so perhaps confused by the optoins available to them.

Let us know what it's like when you have it - we haven't many real life reports yet smile. What sort of speeds do you get at the moment?

With a 80/20 Mbps FTTC product just around the corner, we wont be too far behind yousmile
