The FTTC instal hasn't gone well, basicly it hasn't worked. I have called Plusnet more times than I care to count...Apparently there is a fault, but I think the OR engineer did something wrong I know he connected the wrong telephone number to us @ 1 point and had to go back and change it..The engineer left knowing I couldn't load any web pages! Anyways OR are comming back tomorrow to sort it! Ohh and a nice message if its an internal fault you will be charged! Not a happy FTTC customer so far! The good news that the modem did sync at 31meg apparently ! I don't think its PlusNet fault but If I never have to phone them again it will be to soon! Next update 2morrow
