Power to newly installed FTTC cab

How long after a successful installation of a FTTC cab does it take for power and the joining of tie cables between existing pcp cab and newly installed fttc cab take to be installed?

Also will this work show up on the londonworks.gov website?

The cabinet serving my home was installed three months ago. The cabling to the existing PCP was done within two weeks, but not yet any power. The works for both appear on the www.elgin.gov.uk website, I've seen 5 days of excavation scheduled and cancelled a few times already

It's completely unique to each cab how long it will take. I've seen cabs get power the same week as the cab installation, but others many months.

My cabinet went from nothing to fully up and running and taking orders in less than a week.
