How to contact BT planning Department

Hi,

Does anybody know who I would need to contact regarding FTTC planning to see if my cab is likely to be on a future rollout, as there are cabs local to me that are going to be enabled (all of which where adsl2 is available at 6-10mb but not on my cab where speeds are as low as 3mb) My cab is under 300 yards away from the next nearest getting FTTC and serves a very large area.
