If anyone is currently on our FTTC service (any package) and wishes to take part in our 80Mb download / 20Mb upload trial (same price as present) then please raise a ticket entitled "80Mb FTTC trial" marked for my attention through your My account page.
Any new customers that sign up with us are also able to upgrade to the trial a few days after going live by raising a ticket also.

Bear in mind that Openreach are looking to launch the product at the end of March/beginning April, so only 4 weeks left on the trial, and then we will be offering the 80Mb service straight off.
Not been able to run the BT speedtester for a few days. Apparnelty BT is aware of issue but unable to get this confirmed.
You'll probably find that once you're on an 80/20 trial it will magically start working again (it did for me) but the results it gives are highly erratic.
