Yes I believe it will only be available where they currently have an LLU presence at the exchange. Whether they will later introduce a BT Wholesale variant and how good or bad that product will be are unknowns for now.

I don't think that sky will have specific equipment in the exchange, rather from the exchange the data is then handed over to either BT Wholesale (for example BT Retail custmoer) or to Sky, for their customers.

The new ISAN's Sky have been installing to replace their old ATM gear are fibre-ready so they can use their own equipment. If you have Sky BB and the router connects using MER rather than PPPoA you are connected to one of the new ISANs.

throughout about 38mb, 2mb up load atm changing to 10mb so ive been told.

very stable connection, just in 10 days training, hoping my ping goes back down from 19ms to 10ms!

synced at 39996 / 1999

There's no 10 days training with VDSL (FTTC) or ADSL for that matter.
