FTTC For Marlborough Park, Swindon on SWINDON exchange?

I am moving into a new build, on a new estate, within the catchment area of the SWINDON exchange.

A sample telephone number is 01793537033 - The showhome number.

The address I am moving to is: SN31FG. (New Marlborough Park development opposite Intel on Pipers Way)

The BT Wholesale checker says NO for Fibre.
The SamKnows checkers says YES to Fibre.

Would it be possible to find out what my local cabinet number might be, if it's enabled and if not when it may be enabled?

Is there any way of finding out when Cabinet 67 will be Fibre enabled?

Cabiet 67 should be live as it was phase 5a, now into phase 6-7, only way to confirm is once you have a BT phone line in the new house to check on the BT wholesale checker to see if you can place a order for FTTC.
