62 isn't in the plans. I'm waiting for more information from Openreach on what is required to change this.

Happy days!

Fibre cabinet for cab 19 installed outside 77 Throstle Lane (very, very close to their wall, not sure they're so happy..) and according to http://outsizefiles.leeds.gov.uk/streetworks/SymSWRD... it might get power on the 11th of Feb.

Going from 2.5meg to ~ 80 would be awesome. smile

You think that's likely? I'll be happy either way for the massive speed increase.

Hi there

Please could someone assist. LS10 3BS is apparently served by cabinet P34. This is the Parnaby Road area we get about 3/5mb if we are lucky at the moment. Last year BT said they were not planning on investing/upgrading our area and Virgin have no plans to invest in cable for us.

The http://www.coolwebhome.co.uk/fibre/checker.php website says that FTTC, but not yet available.

We are starting to feel that the only way we will get an increase and fibre is through the http://www.superfastwestyorkshire.co.uk/ scheme.

Can anyone look into this for me not sure where to go really. When I check the bt wholesale website it says they are taking orders on my exchange? Confused much.

Kind Regards
Richard.

Looks as if cabinet was on the old lists but may have been dropped on further planning eg power costs too high for commercial roll-out

The openreach nga enquiries email address is a good start point
