Canterbury - why the delay?

Anyone know what is going on in Canterbury? Cabinets have been in for months and the exchange itself is listed as live but I don't know any live cabs yet...

What's your postcode? There are many not scheduled, and many exchange only.

My postcode is CT1 3ES

My cab is in, and it has power. There are cabs all over Canterbury and they have been working on them since before end of last year.

For the last month there has been no activity anywhere I've seen but the RFS still has not budged from June...

December sheet shows it as deployed.

No obvious signs of FTTC speeds on our speedtests, and exchange is showing as Sept 2012, so only assumption can be delays inside the exchange, i.e. providing the fibre handover links in the exchange, space, power requirements spring to mind

There are at least 3 live cabinets on Canterbury exchange that I am aware of.

Which ones?

Driving up Old Dover Road today, I noticed two cabinets closer to the exchange without a fibre twin, and then mine - which does have the fibre twin.

Seems like an odd way to do things since the fibre will have to come past?
