Sorry to hear about your problems. I suspected BT would do something to delay things as they did with me, but it is sad to hear they've done it all the same. Hope it's resolved soon.
Might be worth checking other ISPs though, BT to this day say I can't get fibre but we've been set up on Sky Fibre for two days already! Obviously if Sky are saying no try someone else, but I found calling Sky got me further than trying it online.
