On the BT Infinity Option 2 plan and just completed the (free) upgrade form on Thursday afternoon.
Upgrade went through during the night last night - connection dropped for a minute or so at just after midnight (Monday morning).
Was speed testing at about 37-38Mbps / 7-8Mbps before and now at 77Mbps / 15Mbps on speedtest.net so I assume i'm on the maximum profile.
The BT Speed Checker seems a bit wacky though and is still showing the max upstream as 10Mbps.
Download speedachieved during the test was - 32 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 12 Mbps-77.43 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.43 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 13.44Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 10 Mbps
Ping to bbc.co.uk was always about 18ms and is now 16ms.
