I see latest BT press release says FTTP available soon for Westhoughton. I guess that means once FTTC infrastructure is in place one might be able to pay to have FTTP installed ...wonder how much that will cost ?

Its just part of the 3 month holding slots- if the exchange does not go live, it will move into the next holding slot.
