Speedtests/Downloading Bugs?

So i have sky FTTC

now i can download at around 4.1MB/s on Utorrent (with multi downloads)

anything else i'm capped to around 2-2.2MB/s

speedtests are way off also whats going on here lol ?

4.1MB/s is about 40Mb/s, 2-2.2MB/s is around 20-22Mb/s so is bang on the speed test range.

What speed are you syncing at??

4.1 is around 33Mbps

i'm syncing at 39998/2000
