After looking at their traffic management I might give them a second thought!

Exactly! There seems little point paying for 40/2 (or whatever) fibre when practically everything, on Plusnet, is capped to below 5Mbps!

But, as RobertoS says, in practice it is not noticeable. Everything I want to stream or download runs at full speed (and I do not have the Pro add-on, which removes whatever caps there are in any case).

If you are looking to bundle your phone line in drop us a line, we do already offer phone lines and will shortly be offering some included calls packages if thats what you are looking for.

I could look into that, do you plan on adding any free anytime call packages? The landline is used quite a lot during the day time.

Thanks for all the replies folks!

Personally i would stick with a good service provider.
If no joy with call package why not try one of the low cost line rental and call package service providers such as www.yourcalls.net at £14.20 p/m all in 24/7 free calls and line rental. I have been with 5 ISP inc one FTTC, now had to go BT, big mistake.

Hi,
There are plans to offer this, but it is still in negotiations, as at present our call charges are so low that you would need to make a lot of calls per month for it to work out cheaper.
Drop a ticket off to the sales desk with your requirements.
