LLU to fibre connection fee

Once my area is enabled for fibre optic I'll be switching from LLU connection to it, I have been looking around and I read that there is usually a fee. What kind of price will I be looking at? I'm going to go with BT fibre optic by the looks of it and i already have a phone line with them, will that make any difference?

We have just done the same move from Demon (C&W LLU) to BT and weren't charged anything. The fact we took the BT Infinity business package may have made a difference but I don't think so.
