I suspect they were originally ment to go live in March , Phase 8 or *8 I think
They still have a 168 to in theory complete by end of September but at the current rate of progress not a chance. This is the first 4 since the 26 june.
Who knows. The only thing I am reasonably certain of is BT are exagerating the availability by over 50%. We are looking at best at FCTTC(H) being actually available to less than 20% . THats a long way from the 90% figure that is suppossed to be reached by 2014

If you're going to make such statements you need to provide proof so where is it? Without proof your comment has no more value, and probably far less, than any announcement put out by BT. So where's the evidence to support your comment?
I'm wondering what is meant by FCTTC(H). It's neither FTTC nor FTTP. I suppose FTTH is admissible as being FTTP, but isn't the acronym used by Openreach.
