Issues getting FTTC in Derry

I've moved house recently and having issues with online checker....

Postcode: BT47 6WF

Cabinet Probability Uplift Phase Status Type
P10 100% 12.18 NI 6a Not part of a phase FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet)


I know every cabinet in Derry is done, but the BT wholesale checker/TalkTalk etc all show it's not available.

Can someone look into this?

Never mind just ordered Virgin Media instead.... no hassle and all booked.


Sorry BT you lost a customer due to a database mess up.

Virgin all installed... shame bout the database issue with BT.

But this connection is performing better than my old BT FTTC
